Late Arrivals

Booking at least 14 ahead prevents rushing your session.

Rescheduling 24 hours prior to your session secures your deposit for your rescheduled session .

A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit secures your booking slot ; the remainder is due on appointment day.

No deposit No appointment.

Timely arrival is crucial; a 15-minute delay cancels the booking, but rescheduling is an option.

Cancellations

For cancellations, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations will result in booking ban. If practitioner has to cancel via emergency, practitioner will allow client to reschedule at their leisure. After 7 days appointment isn’t rescheduled, appointment voids and deposit is lost.
